Family Sports Day

For kids with disabilities 6-15 years old and their families.

   

Activities include:

  • - Kayaking adapted for kids with a disability! Everyone receives a kayaking lesson and water safety information led by qualified instructors.
  • - Archery
  • - Lawn games - including bocce ball
  • - Walking trails
  • - Bike safety inspections and re-sizing
  • - Lunch, games, activities, and more!

 
  When:  

Sunday, July 10 - 12 noon - 3pm

Sunday, August 7 - 12 noon - 3pm
  Where:     6000 Harriott Drive, Powell  43065.  About one mile northwest of the Zoo, on the west side of Scioto River.
  Cost: FREE - but please register to ensure enough food for lunch and kayaks for everyone.
   

All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult in a 1:4 ratio, or as needed, for safety.

 
 

A TAASC Liability Waiver must be completed for each person/family member once a year.  It should be signed by each adult, and by the parent/legal guardian for minors or for an adult who has a legal guardian.  Please download this, sign it and bring it with you.
