Sept. 29 - Upper Arlington APE Students Kayaking - VOLUNTEERS

Description
Give Your Paddle A Purpose: Join TAASC Friday, September 27, in hosting a group of approximately 15 paddlers from Upper Arlington Schools for kayaking fun. Volunteers will have the opportunity to work with paddlers to provide safety training, dry land instruction, and improve general paddling skills.

9:30 AM
Volunteer End Time:
1:30 PM
Provided:
Life jackets, paddles, kayaks, and rescue gear will be provided for all volunteers. Volunteers are welcome to bring their own gear for use.
Bring:
Lunch is not provided for volunteers.
Water bottle, sunscreen, hat, red TAASC volunteer shirt (if you have one).
Volunteer Roles Needed:
Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 Kayak Volunteers
Description:
All first-time kaykers are required to take a brief safety and skills lesson. TAASC provides kayaks, paddles, and life jackets. Everyone is required to wear their life jacket and have it completely fastened while on the water.
