REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS CLOSED. PLEASE CONSIDER VOLUNTEERING FOR THE DUBLIN SCHOOL EVENT ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15. MANY VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FOR THIS EVENT AND REGISTRATIONS ARE LOW.
Give Your Paddle A Purpose: Join TAASC Thursday, September 12, in hosting a group of 30 paddlers from Goodwill Columbus for a picnic, paddle, and outdoor fun day. Volunteers will have the opportunity to work with paddlers to provide safety training, dry land instruction, and improve general paddling skills. Many of Goodwill’s participants return each month, so volunteers can work one-on-one with them to greatly improve their kayak skills.

Provided:
Life jackets, paddles, kayaks, and rescue gear will be provided for all volunteers. Volunteers are welcome to bring their own gear for use.
Bring:
Lunch is not provided for volunteers.
Water bottle, sunscreen, hat, red TAASC volunteer shirt (if you have one).
Volunteer Roles Needed:
Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 Kayak Volunteers
Description:
All first-time kaykers are required to take a brief safety and skills lesson. TAASC provides kayaks, paddles, and life jackets. Everyone is required to wear their life jacket and have it completely fastened while on the water.
